These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of Bookivio subscription plans and services. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to these terms.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Bookivio reserves the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected. Payment is processed through Stripe. You authorize Bookivio to charge your payment method on each billing date.
Failed payments will be retried for up to 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your account may be suspended.
New accounts may be eligible for a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. No payment is charged during the trial period.
Bookivio does not charge any commission on bookings or transactions processed through the platform. The subscription fee is the only cost. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to payments made by your customers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 14 days of the charge at contact@bookivio.com.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with your subscription. Bookivio will collect taxes where required by law and include them in your invoice.
Enterprise plans may be subject to custom terms negotiated separately. In case of conflict, the custom agreement takes precedence over these Terms of Sale.
